I’m Debra Bowes, and I’m humbly asking for the opportunity to represent you on the Superior Town Council.

I bring more than 40 years of business and leadership experience, including serving on multiple advisory boards and holding C-level executive positions at several companies. Nearly 20 years ago, I also took the leap to found my own startup, an experience that taught me how to listen carefully, bring people together, solve difficult problems, and turn good ideas into meaningful results.

Of all the roles I have held, being a mom is the one that has shaped me most. It has strengthened my compassion, resilience, patience, and commitment to creating a community where every family can thrive.

I’m running for Town Council because local government should be a trusted partner and a strong voice for the community. I want to ensure that the people of Superior are heard, respected, and included in the decisions that shape our town. Our residents deserve thoughtful leadership, responsible stewardship of public resources, and a local government that communicates openly and plans carefully for the future.

Superior is a special place, and protecting what makes our community exceptional requires leaders who will listen, collaborate, and act with purpose. I will bring my core values of integrity, accountability, and service to this role, along with the experience and determination needed to address today’s challenges and prepare Superior for the opportunities ahead.
